How to order a taxi in the Carry App?
After the registration process, fill in the relevant details such as: pick-up time, pick-up address, destination, means of payment, notes to the driver and click on the order button.
At the end of the trip, the driver added an extra NIS 4.84, why?
This is an addition for booking fees in accordance with the inspection order of the Ministry of Transportation. Taxi drivers, including drivers using the Carry App, may charge this supplement, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
I paid on credit and received a receipt by email. Is this also a tax invoice?
An invoice for a ride in a taxi used for tax purposes is issued from the meter at the end of the ride. Carry provides only receipts under the credit payment, which are automatically sent to the email address you entered in the app. These are not tax invoices. A tax invoice must be requested from the driver at the end of the trip.
Why is traveling at night much more expensive than during the day?
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Transportation, there are 3 fares that affect the meter:
1. Sunday to Wednesday of the week: Tariff A - 6:00 to 21:00; Tariff B - 21:01 to 5:59; Tariff C - None.
2. Thursday of the week: Tariff A - 6:00 to 21:00; Tariff B - 21:01 to 23:00; Tariff C - 23:01 to 5:59.
3. Evening rest day: Tariff A - 6:00 to 16:00; Tariff B - 16:01 to 21:00; Tariff C - 21:01 to 5:59.
4. Rest day: Tariff A - none; Tariff B - 6:00 to 19:00; Tariff C - 19:01 to 5:59.
